Metanoia: The art of active aging

Metanoia is a term that originates from Greek and carries a profound meaning related to personal transformation and change. In its original context, "metanoia" (μετάνοια) is a compound word derived from "meta," which means "after" or "beyond," and "noia," which translates to "thought" or "mind."
This project aims to motivate people to stay active as they age. It involves 15 different participants from Nelson, New Zealand, engaging in physical activities to inspire others to do the same. This project was inspired by parents in Chile who were motivated to engage in physical activity.
